No, I am not a Beach Boy.

My talents as a designer far exceed my talents as a singer, so I've stuck with design instead. My life at modern8 began shortly before graduation from the University of Utah in Graphic Design. Although my title is Designer, I see myself filling the role of "problem solver" more then "graphic designer." I look at each project with its own set of parameters which I observe and work through to find the best solution. In my years at modern8 I have helped create successful, award winning designs and have seen the benefits to our clients.

Outside of modern8 I occupy my time working on personal letterpress prints, building furniture and helping with my wife's photographic endeavors.
