Representatives with vested interests from five distinct divisions made up the Web site committee. Our main task at hand was to develop a way for each division to be showcased equally and to easily be found by the viewer. Although we wanted each division to have the freedom to add and delete content as they liked, a common format and structure was needed, useful to all divisions. To account for everybody's needs we created an interactive wireframe of the site navigation, giving each a sense of how their product or service fit within the YESCO hierarchy. This prompted discussion and changes among the divisions, and ultimately allowed us to pin down a structure that everyone agreed upon.
